摘 要:对于灯泡外壳塑件成型,采用单一的注塑成型或吹塑成型都无法满足塑件高效率大批量生产要求。为解决此问题,基于双色成型原理而为之设计了一副注拉吹双色成型模具。该注拉吹双色模具成型方法为:第一步使用注塑方式成型吹塑坯件,第二步使用高压空气(0.38 MPa)对坯件(196~212℃)内壁进行吹塑成型,使塑件的成型达到设定要求,同时也解决了塑件的连续自动化生产要求。该注拉吹双色模具由2副子模具组成,2副子模具动模相同、定模不相同,从而能实现换腔不换芯的双色成型动作。第一副子模具中,采用热流道+冷流道的组合浇注方式对吹塑坯件模腔进行充填而获得吹塑坯件。第二副子模具中,使用注塑机油缸驱动阀芯型芯控制气道中的高压空气对坯件内壁实施拉伸/吹塑成型,塑件球泡形外壁使用一组哈夫滑块实施成型和侧抽芯脱模,塑件的最终脱模使用推板将塑件从型芯镶件上推出而实现。两个动模中,使用油缸推动阀芯座板间接推动阀芯型芯打开气缝,阀芯型芯的复位则由弹簧通过推动阀芯座板而带动其复位,从而使气缝闭合,用于吹塑成型的高压空气则一直在气道内存在。两副子模具动模的交换通过注拉吹一体机转盘做180°转动而进行交换。Single injection molding or blow molding cannot meet the requirements of high-efficiency and large-scale produc‐tion of plastic parts for bulb shell plastic molding.To solve this problem,a bio-color injection,stretching and blowing molding mould was designed based on the principle of bio-color molding.The molding method of the injection molded bio-color mould was as follows:the first step was to use injection molding to blow mould the blank,and the second step was to use high-pressure air(0.38 MPa)to blow mould the inner wall of the blank(196-212℃),so that the molding of the plastic part met the set requirements,and also solved the continuous automation production requirements of the plastic part.The bio-color mould for injection molding consists of two sub moulds,with the same moving mould and different fixed moulds,enabling the bio-color molding action of chang‐ing cavities without changing cores.In the first sub mould,a combination of hot runner and cold runner gating method was used to fill the cavity of the blow molded blank to obtain the blow molded blank.In the second sub mould,the injection molding machine oil cylinder was used to drive the valve core to control the high-pressure air in the air passage to stretch/blow mould the inner wall of the blank.The outer wall of the plastic bulb shape was formed and demoulded by side core pulling using a set of Half-sliders.The final demoulding of the plastic part was achieved by pushing the plastic part out of the core insert using a push plate.In two moving molds,an oil cylinder was used to push the valve core seat plate,indirectly pushing the valve core to open the air gap.The reset of the valve core was driven by a spring through the push of the valve core seat plate,thereby closing the air gap.High pressure air used for blow molding was always present in the air duct.The exchange of two sets of sub moulds was carried out by rotating the turntable of the injection pull blowing integrated machine at 180°.
