摘 要:为某新款新能源汽车左/右车灯内的反射镜底壳塑件的注射成型设计了一副冷流道两板式家族注塑成型模具。模具模腔布局为一模两腔镜像关系家族式布局,单腔使用2个侧浇口进行浇注。为实现塑件的自动化脱模,模具中单腔设置了1个定模侧三次转向型油缸抽芯机构,用于型腔一侧1个侧孔倒扣的先抽芯脱模,1个动模斜导柱滑块机构用于塑件侧壁特征的脱模,6个动模板开启驱动型的斜抽芯机构用于塑件内壁6个斜向局部特征的斜抽芯脱模,2个斜顶杆推块机构用于塑件内壁局部凹槽特征的斜抽芯脱模,及若干顶针用于塑件的完全顶出自动化脱模。脱模机构的驱动按以下顺序进行,最先是模具开模前油缸抽芯机构完成定模先抽芯动作,而后是模具第一次打开,驱动6个斜抽芯机构同步动作完成抽芯动作,再后是模具第三次打开,完成塑件从型腔中的脱模及侧壁1个斜导柱滑块机构的侧抽芯动作,最后是推板推动其上的若干顶针及2个斜顶杆推块机构用于塑件的完全顶出脱模。A cold runner two plate family injection molding mould was designed for the injection molding of the bottom shell of the reflector in the left/right headlights of a new energy vehicle.The mould cavity layout is a family layout with two mirror images of the first core pulling,and the single cavity was gated with two side gates.In order to achieve automatic demoulding of plastic parts,a fixed mould side three turn oil cylinder core pulling mechanism was installed in the single cavity of the mould for the first core pulling demoulding of one side hole reverse buckle on one side of the mold cavity,a movable mould angle pin slider mechanism was used for demoulding of plastic part side wall features,6 movable plate opening driving angle core pulling mechanisms were used for angled core-pulling demoulding of 6 angle local features on the inner wall of the plastic part,2 angle rod push block mechanisms were used for angle core pulling demoulding of local groove features on the inner wall of the plastic part,and several ejector pins were used for fully ejecting automatic demolding of the plastic part.The driving of the demoulding mechanism was carried out in the following order:first,the oil cylinder core pulling mechanism completed the core pulling action before the mold was opened,then the mould was opened for the first time to drive six angle core pulling mechanisms to complete the core pulling action synchronously,then the mould was opened for the third time to complete the demoulding of the plastic part from the mould cavity and the side wall of one angle pin slider mechanism to pull the core,and finally,the push plate pushed several ejectors and two angle rod push block mechanisms on it for the complete ejection of the plastic part from the mould.
