摘 要:浇注系统是注塑模具中必不可少的一部分,设计过程需要考虑多方面的因素,如塑件壁厚、材质等。传统设计方法耗时、易出错,且优化修改过程复杂。借助于Visual studio和UG NX软件,结合浇注系统设计流程,研发了浇注系统的快速设计系统。该系统通过采用参数计算集成模块、规则推理技术、特征判断、两点建模法关键技术来实现。参数计算集成模块将浇注系统所用到的计算公式进行集成,大大节约了前期的计算时间;规则推理技术将设计师的经验融入设计过程之中,在一定程度上实现了智能化设计;特征判断浇注系统的几何特征,能够快速选择代码设计的操作函数类型。两点建模法只需指定两点的位置即可确定出主流道、分流道、浇口的建模轴向和长度,能够适用大部分类型和规格的注塑模具结构。这些关键技术通过设计对话框、菜单条、工具条,编程代码驱动动态链接库运行,完成建模。最后,以具体的实例展示了浇注系统的设计过程。结果表明,设计的注塑模具浇注系统提升了设计研发人员的建模速度,节约了前期的模具研发时间。The feed system is an essential part of injection moulds,and its design process needs to consider multiple factors,such as the thickness and material of the plastic parts.Traditional design methods are time-consuming,error prone,and the optimization and modification process is complex.With the help of Visual studio and UG NX software,combined with the design process of the feed system,a rapid design system for the feed system was developed.The system was implemented through key technologies such as parameter calculation integration module,rule inference technology,feature judgment,and two-point modeling.The parameter calculation integration module integrates calculation formulas used in the feed system greatly saved the calculation time in the early stage.Rule based reasoning technology integrated the experience of designers into the design process,achieving intelligent design to a certain extent.Feature determined the geometric features of feed system and quickly selected the type of operation function for code design.The two-point modeling method only requires specifying the positions of two points to determine the modeling axis and length of the sprue,runner,and gate,which can be applied to most types and specifications of injection mould structures.These key technologies completed modeling by designing dialog boxes,menu bars,and toolbars,programming code to drive dynamic link libraries to run.Finally,the design process of the feed system was demonstrated with specific examples.The results show that the designed injection mould gating system improve the modeling speed of design and development personnel,saving early mould development time.
