摘 要:高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)是使用普遍的基础塑料,对PE-HD进行化学交联可以显著增强材料的综合性能,拓宽材料的应用领域。滚塑交联聚乙烯(XLPE)的应用领域广泛,主要包括耐化学容器、油箱和皮划艇等。目前,国内外对于滚塑用交联PE-HD(XLPE-HD)的研究处于起步阶段,没有研究者对滚塑XLPE-HD的交联行为进行系统研究。分别采用国内外两种不同的PE-HD,并加入不同交联剂和交联助剂,制备了一系列XLPE-HD材料(XLPE-HD-1~XLPE-HD-7)。采用差示扫描量热法分析了不同交联剂和交联助剂对XLPE-HD热力学行为的影响、采用凝胶含量测试和扫描电子显微镜分析了不同交联剂和交联助剂对XLPE-HD样品的交联分子结构的影响、采用拉伸和缺口冲击测试分析了不同XLPE-HD的力学性能。研究发现,添加了三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯的XLPE-HD-5样品的交联程度最高,达到87.3%,添加了三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯的XLPE-HD-4样品的韧性最高,模压成型样品的缺口冲击强度达到102.8 kJ/m^(2),该样品的滚塑样品也具有最高的缺口冲击强度。熔体流动速率(MFR)较高的XLPE-HD-4滚塑制品的外观与综合性能均高于MFR较低的XLPE-HD-7样品。研究表明,合适的交联剂、交联助剂与加工温度配合有利于获得性能优异的XLPE-HD材料;较高的MFR、均匀的粉末粒径有利于获得形貌均匀性能优异的滚塑XLPE-HD制品。High density polyethylene(PE-HD)is a commonly used base plastic,and chemical crosslinking of PE-HD can significantly enhance the overall performance and broaden its application fields.The application fields of cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE)are extensive,mainly including chemical resistant containers,fuel tanks,and kayaks.At present,research on roll molded cross-linked PE-HD(XLPE-HD)is in its infancy both domestically and internationally,and no researchers have systematically studied the crosslinking behavior of roll molded XLPE-HD.A series of XLPE-HD materials(XLPE-HD-1~XLPE-HD-7)were prepared by using two different types of PE-HD at home and abroad and adding different crosslinking agents and crosslinking aids.Differential scanning calorimetry was used to analyze the effects of different crosslinking agents and crosslinking additives on the thermodynamic behavior of XLPE-HD,gel content test and scanning electron microscope were used to analyze the effects of different crosslinking agents and crosslinking additives on the crosslinked molecular structure of XLPE-HD,and tensile and notched impact tests were used to analyze the mechanical properties of different XLPE-HD.Through research,it is found that XLPE-HD-5 sample(with added trimethylolpropane triacavlate)has the highest degree of cross-linking,reaching 87.3%,XLPE-4 sample(with added triallyl isocvanurate)has the highest toughness,and the notched impact strength of the molded sample reach 102.8 kJ/m^(2).The rotational molding sample of this sample also has the highest notched impact strength.The appearance and comprehensive performance of XLPE-HD-4 rotational molded products with higher melt flow index are higher than those of XLPE-HD-7 samples with lower melt flow index.Research has shown that the combination of appropriate crosslinking agents,crosslinking aids,and processing temperatures is beneficial for obtaining high-performance XLPE-HD.A higher melt flow index and uniform powder particle size are beneficial for obtaining roll molded XLPE-HD products wit
