摘  要:聚酰胺66(PA66)分子链上含有大量的极性酰胺基团,且分子链柔性较低,致使其韧性较低,且吸水率较高。为了改善这些缺点,选用大体积的脂环族二胺3,3'-二甲基-4,4'-二氨基二环己基甲烷(MACM)和长碳链的十二烷二酸为共聚单体,先成盐得到MACM12盐,再与PA66盐共聚,制备得到了一系列不同MACM12链段含量的共聚酰胺66(Co-PA66)/MACM12树脂(简称Co-PA66树脂)。核磁共振氢谱和红外光谱测试结果表明脂环结构已被成功地引入到Co-PA66分子链中;热性能分析测试结果表明随着MACM12链段质量分数的增加,Co-PA66树脂的熔融温度和结晶温度向低温方向偏移,且脂环结构的引入会提升Co-PA66树脂的热稳定性;紫外-可见光测试结果表明,脂环结构的引入会大幅提高Co-PA66树脂的透光率;力学性能和吸水性能测试结果表明随着MACM12链段质量分数的增加,Co-PA66树脂的拉伸强度略微降低,断裂伸长率和缺口冲击强度显著升高,表现出高韧性,另一方面,随着脂环结构的引入,Co-PA66分子链中酰胺基团的密度明显下降,从而使Co-PA66树脂表现出低吸水率的特性。Polyamide 66(PA66)molecular chain contains a large number of polar amide groups,and its molecular chain flexibility is lower,resulting in lower toughness and higher water absorption.In order to improve these shortcomings,the large volume of alicyclic diamine 3,3'-dimethyl-4,4'-diaminodicyclohexylmethane(MACM)and long carbon chain dodecanedioic acid were selected as comonomers.First,MACM reacted with dodecanedioic acid to form MACM12 salt,and then copolymerized with PA66 salt to prepare a series of copolyamide 66(Co-PA66)/MACM12(abbreviated as Co-PA66 resin)resins with different ratios.The results of nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum and infrared spectrum tests show that the ring structure has been successfully introduced into the molecular chain of Co-PA66 resin.The results of thermal performance analysis show that the melting temperature and crystallization temperature of Co-PA66 resin shift to the low temperature direction with the increase of MACM12 chain segment content,and the introduction of alicyclic structure can enhance the thermal stability of Co-PA66 resin.The results of ultravioletvisible light test show that the introduction of alicyclic structure can greatly improve the light transmittance of Co-PA66 resin.The test results of mechanical properties and water absorption show that with the increase of MACM12 chain segment content,the tensile strength of Co-PA66 resin decrease slightly,and the elongation at break and notch impact strength increase significantly,showing high toughness.On the other hand,with the introduction of alicyclic structure,the density of amide groups in Co-PA66 molecular chain decrease significantly,which make Co-PA66 resin show low water absorption.
