摘 要:为提高聚碳酸酯(PC)的阻燃性能,以六苯氧基环三磷腈(HPCTP)和发烟硫酸为原料,通过亲电取代反应合成了一种新型磺酸盐磷腈阻燃剂(HPCTP-SK),然后,该阻燃剂被添加至PC中。与纯PC相比,在PC中HPCTP-SK的添加质量分数为0.1%时,材料的极限氧指数值从26.8%提高到35.5%,UL 94阻燃等级达到V-0级,热释放速率峰值降低了44.6%,一氧化碳释放量降低21.0%。扫描电子显微镜结果表明HPCTP-SK的加入会使PC复合材料的残炭结构更加完整紧密,起到良好的凝聚相阻燃作用;通过热重-红外联用仪分析PC复合材料在燃烧时的气相产物,结果表明HPCTP-SK加入后,PC复合材料在燃烧时会释放PO·自由基,捕捉H·和HO·自由基,产生惰性气体,阻止火焰燃烧,起到良好的气相阻燃作用。此外,PC复合材料的拉伸强度没有明显变化,冲击强度和弯曲强度分别仅下降2.57%和12.68%,能够较好地保持PC的力学性能。HPCTP-SK阻燃剂的引入,通过N,P,S三种元素的协同作用,提升了PC的阻燃性,从而满足了相关领域对高效阻燃PC的需求。To develop a new type of efficient flame retardant which can both improve the flame retardancy and maintain the mechanical properties of polycarbonate(PC),a novel sulfonated phosphonitrile flame retardant(HPCTP-SK)was synthesized via an electrophilic substitution reaction using hexaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene(HPCTP)and fuming sulfuric acid as raw materials.HPCTP-SK was subsequently introducted into PC.Compared with pure PC,the addition of HPCTP-SK at 0.10 wt%in PC increases the limiting oxygen index value from 26.8%to 35.5%,UL 94 flame retardant grade reaches V-0 rating,the peak heat release rate is reduced by 44.6%,and the carbon monoxide release is reduced by 21.0%.Scanning electron microscope results show that the addition of HPCTP-SK make the residual carbon structure of PC composites more complete and compact,and plays a good condensedphase flame retardant effect.Through thermogravimetric fourier transform infrared to analyse the gas-phase products of PC composites in the combustion,the results show that after addition of HPCTP-SK,PC composites in the combustion will release PO·radicals,capture H·and HO·radicals,and generate inert gas to prevent flame combustion,and play a good gas phase flame retardant effect.Furthermore,the introduction of HPCTP-SK doesn’t show significant effect on mechanical properties of PC,tensile strength of PC/HPCTP-SK composites remaine similar,notched impact strength and flexural strength are only decresed by 2.57%and 12.68%,respectively.The introduction of HPCTP-SK flame retardant promotes the high flame retardancy of PC through the synergistic effect of the three elements N,P and S,which in turn meets the demand for highly efficient flame retardant PC in related fields.
