摘 要:为改善聚丙烯(PP)的阻燃性及扩大其应用范围,以二苯基次膦酰氯(DPPC)和哌嗪(PA)为原材料,二氯甲烷为溶剂,三乙胺(TEA)为缚酸剂,设计并合成了一种由气相阻燃机理主导、具备优异耐水性且含O=P—C和P—N—C结构的新型阻燃剂(PN)。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振光谱、热重分析仪、差示扫描量热分析仪研究了此阻燃剂的化学组成,结构及稳定性;同时对反应工艺参数进行优化探究。结果表明,产物结构与目标产物结构一致,确定最佳反应条件为n(DPPC):n(PA):n(TEA)=2.1:1.0:2.9,反应时间为9 h,反应温度为42℃,溶剂用量为15 mL时,PN阻燃剂产率为93.5%;且该阻燃剂5%热失重温度达363℃,最大热失重温度达427℃,700℃残炭率为0.07%,熔点为160.3℃,耐水失重率仅为0.103%。In order to improve the flame retardants and expand the application range of polypropylene(PP),diphenylphosphonyl chloride(DPPC)and piperazine(PA)were prepared with methylene chloride as solvent and triethylamine(TEA)as acid binding agent.A new flame retardant(PN)with excellent water resistance and O=P-C and P-N-C structures was designed and synthesized.The chemical composition,structure and stability of PN were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analyzer and differential scanning calorimetry.At the same time,the parameters of the reaction process were optimized.The results indicate that the product structure is consistent with the target product structure.The optimal reaction conditions are n(DPPC)∶n(PA):n(TEA)=2.1:1.0:2.9,reaction time is 9 h,reaction temperature is 42℃,solvent dosage is 15 mL,and the yield of PN flame retardant is 93.5%.The 5%thermal weight loss temperature of the flame retardant reach 363℃,the maximum thermal weight loss temperature reach 427℃,the residual carbon content is 0.07%at 700℃,the melting point is 160.3℃,and the water-resistant weight loss rate is only 0.103%.
