摘　　要：根据聚合单体的不同,聚酰胺(PA)的分类可高达数十种,其中以综合性能较为优异的脂肪族PA6,PA66和PA610应用较为广泛。介绍了PA6X系列脂肪族弹性体的合成路线、性能表征及应用领域。分析表明,PA弹性体拥有较为优异的力学、耐热、耐磨、耐低温等性能,并且其自身性质稳定,易于加工,还可与玻璃纤维、碳纤维等增强纤维共混改性以提高其自身性能。为了进一步预测PA弹性体的发展方向,立足于弹性体的自身结构及合成方式,对脂肪族PA6,PA66,PA610弹性体的各项性能及应用领域进行综合叙述。According to the different polymeric monomers,polyamides(PA)can be classified into dozens of kinds,among which the aliphatic groups PA6,PA66 and PA610 with excellent comprehensive properties were widely used.The synthesis route,characterization and application of PA6X series aliphatic elastomers were introduced.The analysis shows that PA elastomer has excellent mechanical,heat resistance,wear resistance,low temperature resistance and other properties,and its own property is stable,easy to process,and can also be modified with glass fiber,carbon fiber and other reinforced fibers to improve its own performance.In order to further predict the development direction of PA elastomers,the properties and applications of aliphatic PA6,PA66 and PA610 elastomers were described comprehensively based on the structure and synthesis methods of the elastomers.
