摘 要:综述了聚乳酸(PLA)无卤阻燃技术的研究进展,详细介绍了PLA的基本特性、无卤阻燃剂的种类及其在提升PLA阻燃性能中的应用。介绍了两种主要的改性方法:化学改性和物理改性,并总结了各自的最新研究成果。分析了PLA阻燃性能改善的效果及面临的挑战,如材料脆性、燃烧中的熔滴现象及对环境和生物降解性的影响。研究表明,通过化学聚合反应引入反应型阻燃单体,以及通过添加阻燃填料可以显著提升PLA的阻燃性能和热稳定性。并指出,未来研究应聚焦于开发更高效、环保的无卤阻燃剂,并优化PLA复合材料的制备工艺,以促进其更广泛的应用和可持续发展。The research progress of halogen-free flame retardant technologies for polylactic acid(PLA)was reviewed,providing a detailed introduction to the basic properties of PLA,types of halogen-free flame retardants,and their applications in enhancing PLA's flame retardant performance.Two main modification methods:chemical modification and physical modification were introduced,the latest research findings of each method were summarized.The improvements in PLA's flame retardant properties and the challenges faced,such as material brittleness,molten droplet formation during combustion,and the impact on the environment and biodegradability were analyzed.The research shows that introducing reactive flame retardant monomers through chemical polymerization,as well as adding flame retardant fillers can significantly enhance the flame retardancy and thermal stability of PLA.It was pointed out that future research should focus on developing more efficient and environmentally friendly halogen-free flame retardants and optimizing the preparation processes of PLA composites to promote their wider application and sustainable development.
