摘 要:应用于海洋装备中的材料在服役过程中存在过早失效的问题,如力学性能急剧下降、吸水率增加、微裂纹等,探明材料在海洋苛刻环境下的失效机理可以从源头上提出解决方法。介绍了高分子材料的耐浅海和耐深海环境试验方法与相关标准;综述了环氧树脂重防腐涂料、固体浮力材料和环氧基纤维增强复合材料这3种环氧类高分子材料在浅海和深海环境下的失效规律与机理;最后对环氧类高分子材料海洋失效分析的未来研究方向和发展趋势进行了展望。The materials used in marine equipment have the problems of premature failure in the course of service,such as sharp decline in mechanical properties,increase of water absorption,micro-cracks and so on.Finding out the failure mechanism of materials in harsh marine environments can address the proposing solutions of problem at its source.The test methods and related standards for the resistance of polymer materials to shallow sea and deep sea were introduced,and the failure rules and mechanisms of three kinds of epoxy polymer materials,such as epoxy resin heavy anticorrosive coatings,solid buoyancy materials and epoxy based fiber reinforced composites in shallow sea and deep sea environment were summarized.Finally,the future research direction and development trend of marine failure analysis of epoxy polymer materials were prospected.
