摘  要:国家自主创新示范区作为实施创新驱动发展战略的关键平台,对城市绿色技术创新具有重要的引领作用。基于2007—2020年我国276个城市的面板数据,利用空间计量模型探究国家自主创新示范区建设对城市绿色技术创新的影响机制。结果表明:国家自主创新示范区建设能显著促进城市绿色技术创新,且具有明显的正向空间溢出效应。异质性分析结果表明:国家自主创新示范区建设对东部城市、非资源型城市和高贸易开放城市绿色技术创新的促进作用和正向空间溢出效应更显著。机制检验结果表明:国家自主创新示范区建设可通过人才集聚效应、经济集聚效应、创业驱动效应等途径间接促进本地和邻近城市的绿色技术创新。以上结论能为通过国家自主创新示范区战略推动城市绿色技术创新的实践提供一定的经验启示。基于此,建议加大对国家自主创新示范区建设的支持力度,认真总结和提炼可复制可推广的国家自主创新示范区模式,依据各地区和行业发展的实际情况,扩大国家自主创新示范区试点范围;充分发挥国家自主创新示范区辐射带动作用,加强与周边地区的协同发展;坚持因地制宜原则,实施差异化政策,促进国家自主创新示范区特色发展。As a key platform for implementing the innovation driven development strategy,the National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone plays an important leading role in urban green technology innovation.This article is based on panel data from 276 cities in China from 2007 to 2020,and uses spatial econometric models to explore the impact mechanism of the construction of national independent innovation demonstration zones on urban green technology innovation.The results indicate that the construction of national independent innovation demonstration zones can significantly promote urban green technology innovation,and has a significant positive spatial spillover effect.The heterogeneity analysis results indicate that the construction of national independent innovation demonstration zones has a more significant promoting effect and positive spatial spillover effect on green technology innovation in eastern cities,non resource-based cities,and high trade open cities.The results of the mechanism test indicate that the construction of national independent innovation demonstration zones can indirectly promote green technology innovation in local and neighboring cities through talent agglomeration effects,economic agglomeration effects,and entrepreneurial driving effects.The above conclusions can provide some experience and inspiration for promoting urban green technology innovation through the national independent innovation demonstration zone strategy.Based on this,it is recommended to enhance support for the construction of national independent innovation demonstration zones,carefully summarize and refine replicable and promotable models of national independent innovation demonstration zones,and expand the pilot scope of national independent innovation demonstration zones based on the actual situation of regional and industry development;it is recommended to give full play to the radiating and driving role of national independent innovation demonstration zone,and strengthen the coordinated development with surrounding
