摘　　要：快和慢的抑制性自突触分别使得中间神经元模型峰放电活动增强和减弱,前者与抑制性作用引起放电减弱的通常观点相反,而后者则一致。电流分解发现,快突触电流在动作电位高于突触阈值的较短时间内为负,快速衰减到零,钾离子流的非线性作用缩短了峰峰间期、增强放电。慢突触电流衰减慢,在整个放电期间都为负,抑制电活动。研究结果给出了快、慢自突触诱发相反现象的动力学机制,扩展了对兴奋-抑制平衡和自突触调控功能的认识。Fast and slow inhibitory autapses respectively induce enhancement and reduction of spiking frequency in the interneurons model.The former result is contary to the common view that the inhibitory effect should reduce the firing activity,whereas the latter one is consistent with the common view.Through ionic current decomposition,the fast autaptic current is negative in a short duration when the action potential is above the autaptic threshold,decreases rapidly to zero,and nonlinearly interacts with the potassium current to shorten the interspike intervals of spiking,resulting in the enhancement of the firing activity.The slow autaptic current decreases slowly and is negative throughout the spiking,resulting in the reduction of the spiking activity.The results reveal the dynamical mechanisms for the opposite phenomena induced by the fast and slow autapses,and extend the understanding of the excitation-inhibition balance and the regulatory functions of the autapse.
