摘　　要：为了进一步规范中国肾脏移植等待者及受者疫苗接种,中华医学会器官移植学分会组织肾脏移植专业专家和传染病专业专家,在《实体器官移植等待者和接受者的疫苗接种:美国移植学会传染性疾病实践团体指南》的基础上,结合我国器官移植后传染性疾病和疫苗接种的临床现状,并参考近年国内外相关推荐,从流行病学、疫苗种类、接种原则、接种对象、特定疫苗接种等方面,制定《中国肾脏移植等待者及受者疫苗接种指南》,为中国肾脏移植领域医务工作者在肾脏移植等待者及受者疫苗接种方面提供理论借鉴和参考,以期更好地指导肾脏移植等待者及受者进行疫苗接种,降低术后感染风险,改善生存结局。In order to further standardize the vaccination of kidney transplant candidates and recipients in China,the Branch of Organ Transplantation of Chinese Medical Association has organized experts in kidney transplantation and infectious diseases.Based on the"Vaccination of Solid Organ Transplant Candidates and Recipients:Guidelines from the American Society of Transplantation Infectious Diseases Community of Practice",and in combination with the clinical reality of infectious diseases and vaccination after organ transplantation in China,as well as referring to relevant recommendations from home and abroad in recent years,these guidelines are formulated from aspects such as epidemiology,types of vaccines,vaccination principles,target population,and specific vaccine administration.The"Guidelines for Vaccination of Kidney Transplant Candidates and Recipients in China"aims to provide theoretical reference for medical workers in the field of kidney transplantation in China,regarding the vaccination of kidney transplant candidates and recipients.It is expected to better guide the vaccination of kidney transplant candidates and recipients,reduce the risk of postoperative infection,and improve survival outcomes.
