摘 要:以闽北地区41个华东野核桃野生优良单株为采穗母树,进行劈砧嫁接,并对2年生嫁接苗的成活率、地径、苗高3个指标进行统计分析。结果表明:嫁接苗总体平均成活率为56.03%,其中‘龙渡7号’的成活率最高(89.74%),‘四新8号’成活率最低(33.64%);平均地径0.73 cm,‘新1号’平均地径最大(0.91 cm),‘直坑9号’地径最小(0.54 cm);平均苗高32.09 cm,‘新1号’平均苗高最大(41.16 cm),‘四新3号’平均苗高最小(25.32 cm);株系间的苗高和地径的差异均极显著差异(P<0.01)。主成分分析共提取到1个主成分,累计贡献率为62.59%,‘新1号’‘江墩1号’‘龙渡7号’‘古王坑3号’‘四新1号’‘南坑11号’‘龙渡8号’‘龙渡11号’‘龙渡13号’‘南坑12号’综合得分为前10名。研究结果为华东野核桃种植资源开发利用提供研究基础。This study selected 41 excellent wild individual trees of Juglans cathayensis var.formosana distributed in the northern Fujian province as ear harvesting mother trees for rootstock grafting.The survival rate,ground diameter,and seedling height of 2-year-old grafted seedlings were statistically analyzed.The results showed that the overall average survival rate of grafted seedlings was 56.03%.‘Longdu 7’exhibited the highest survival rate at 89.74%,while‘Sixin 8’had the lowest survival rate at 33.64%.The overall average ground diameter of grafted seedlings was 0.73 cm,with‘Xin 1’recording the largest average ground diameter of 0.91 cm and‘Zhikeng 9’the smallest at 0.54 cm.The overall average seedling height was 32.09 cm,with‘Xin 1’achieving the highest average seedling height of 41.16 cm and‘Sixin 3’the lowest at 25.32 cm;The differences in seedling height and ground diameter between strains were highly significant(P<0.01).A total of one principal component was extracted from principal component analysis,with a cumulative contribution rate of 62.59%.‘Xin 1’‘Jiangdun 1’‘Longdu 7’‘Guwangkeng 3’‘Sixin 1’‘Nankeng 11’‘Longdu 8’‘Longdu 11’‘Longdu 13’and‘Nankeng 12’ranked in the top 10 in terms of comprehensive score.The research results provide a research basis for the utilization and development of J.cathayensis var.formosana.
