摘  要:介绍万吨油压机液压系统的组成、工作原理及技术创新,重点分析液压站、控制系统阀组的功能与特点。通过比例变量泵和高频响比例流量阀复合控制,显著提升液压系统的响应速度、控制精度和使用能效。结合智能化、节能化、远程监控及模块化设计等当今主流发展方向,提出液压系统改进、升级措施及应用前景。This paper introduces the composition,working principle and technological innovation of the hydraulic system of the 10000-ton hydraulic press,focusing on analyzing the functions and characteristics of the hydraulic stations and valve units of the control system.By adopting combined control of the proportional variable pump and high-frequency response proportional flow valve,the response speed,control accuracy and energy efficiency of the hydraulic system are significantly improved.Combined with the current mainstream development directions such as intelligence,energy saving,remote monitoring and modular design,this paper also proposes the improvement and upgrading measures,as well as prospects of application of the hydraulic system.
