摘 要:短行程前上料挤压机液压控制系统能够根据挤压型材变形抗力的不同而改变挤压力,节省能耗,符合节能环保要求。介绍该系统应用了多项现代节能控制技术,如只随负载变化的油泵直接传动系统,由先导阀控制大通径插装阀回路技术,采用绝对值编码器实时检测挤压杆行程闭环控制技术,以及电液比例伺服控制技术、高压大流量液压传动技术、二通插装阀集成和控制技术等。The hydraulic control system of the short stroke front-loading extruder introduced in this paper is able to save energy by adjusting extrusion pressure according to different deformation resistances of the extruded profiles,so as to meet the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection.The system applies a series of modern energy-saving control technologies such as the oil pump direct drive system which only varies with load changes,pilot valve controlled large-diameter cartridge valve circuits,closed-loop control for real-time detection of extrusion rod stroke by absolute value encoder,as well as the electro-hydraulic proportional servo control system,high-pressure large-flow hydraulic drive system and two-way cartridge valve integration and control system,etc.
