摘 要:基于膜翅结构建立力学数学模型,在SolidWorks下对床身结构进行蜻蜓膜翅的三种仿生设计。通过ANSYS对床身结构进行动静态特性分析。分析结果表明:与原型床身相比,中部型仿生设计床身质量减少3.41%,最大等效应力减少11.55%,比刚度效能提高2.68%,一阶固有频率提高8.43%,证明膜翅仿生结构的优越性,为机床仿生设计提供新思路。This paper establishes the mechanics-mathematics model based on the structure of the membranous wing,carries out three types of bionic designs of the machine bed structure by adopting SolidWorks and analyzes the dynamic and static characteristics of the machine tool bed structure by ANSYS.The results show that comparing with the prototype,mass of the middlepart bionic design of the machine tool bed is reduced by 3.41%,the maximum equivalent force is reduced by 11.55%,the specific stiffness efficiency is increased by 2.68%and the first-order intrinsic frequency is increased by 8.43%,thus proves the superiority of the membranous wing bionic design and provide a new way of thinking for machine tool bionic design.
