靳三针在脑病治疗中的应用及机制评析

摘　　要：靳三针疗法是靳瑞教授经过多年临床实践总结,创新发展而成的针灸治疗体系,其系统组穴在脑部疾病的治疗中展现出独特优势。 靳三针在脑卒中、血管性痴呆及脑瘫3 种疾病中应用广泛且疗效显著。 通过分析近10 年有关靳三针治疗3 种脑病的临床及基础研究文献,总结靳三针疗法的组穴特点及作用机制,探讨现有研究的局限性及未来可能的研究方向,为靳三针疗法在脑病治疗中的应用及推广提供科学依据和临床指导。Jin′s Three-Needle therapy is an acupuncture treatment system innovated and developed by Professor Jin Rui through years of clinical practice.Its systematic acupoint combination show unique advantages in the treatment of brain disorders.Jin′s Three-Needle therapy has been widely applied and has demonstrated significant therapeutic effects in the management of stroke,vascular dementia,and cerebral palsy.By analyzing the clinical and basic research literature on Jin′s Three-Needle therapy for these three encephalopathies in the past decade,this paper summarizes the characteristics of acupoint combination and mechanisms of Jin′s Three-Needle therapy,explores the limitations of existing research and possible future research directions,and provides a scientific basis and clinical guidance for the promotion in clinical practice of Jin′s Three-Needle therapy in treating brain disorders.
