摘 要:为了解上海市水环境中嗜肺军团菌(Legionella pneumophila)的分布状况及相关影响因素,采用酶底物法于2021年11月至2022年8月对上海市地表水、泵站排水、污水厂进出水进行了嗜肺军团菌监测。结果显示:①酶底物法可作为水体中嗜肺军团菌的有效检测方法,其检测结果准确度和精密度均较好;②上海市水环境中存在不同程度的嗜肺军团菌检出,各水样的阳性检出率及检出浓度排序均为污水厂进水>泵站排水>地表水>污水厂出水;③水中嗜肺军团菌含量主要受水质指标、季节、周边环境因素的影响;④嗜肺军团菌与其他病原微生物指标存在显著相关关系;⑤随着环境水体景观娱乐功能的提升,需进一步关注各类病原微生物的环境风险。In order to analyse the distribution and influencing factors of Legionella pneumophila in water environment of Shanghai,the enzyme substrate method was used to monitor Legionella pneumophila in surface water,pump station drainage,water inlet and outlet of sewage plant in Shanghai from November 2021 to August 2022.The results showed that:①Enzyme substrate method have good accuracy and precision which can be used as an effective detection method for Legionella pneumophila in waters.②Different degree of Legionella pneumophila had been detected in waters of Shanghai,the positive test rate and the average degree of Legionella pneumoniae in waters were both sewage plant inlet>pump station drainage>surface water>sewage plant outlet.③The content of Legionella pneumophila was obviously correlated with water quality,seasons and surrounding environments.④There was a significant correlation between Legionella pneumophila and other pathogenic microorganism indicators.⑤With the improvement of the landscape and entertainment functions of environmental waters,it is necessary to pay more attention to the environmental risks of pathogenic microorganisms.
