摘 要:乙酰丙酮分光光度法在测定空气中的甲醛时具有较好的选择性,但灵敏度较低,不适用于低浓度甲醛监测。对乙酰丙酮分光光度法进行改进:将样品作显色处理后,采用410 nm激发光激发产生荧光,并将荧光强度作为分析信号,取代了原方法的吸光度信号。改进后的方法具有更低的检出限和更高的灵敏度。经测试,改进后的乙酰丙酮荧光法的检出限达到了0.0005 mg/m^(3),平行测定的相对标准偏差范围为1.1%~4.9%,标准样品测定的相对误差范围为1.8%~3.0%,空白加标样品的回收率为93.0%~107%。测试结果表明,改进后的方法具有较高的精密度和准确度,可以满足室外和室内环境空气中甲醛监测的需要。Acetylacetone spectrophotometry has good selectivity in determining formaldehyde in the air,but its sensitivity is low and it is not suitable for monitoring low concentrations of formaldehyde.In this study,acetylacetone spectrophotometry is improved by the following steps:After the special color reaction,the sample can emission fluorescence when it is excited by 410 nm light,uses the intensity of fluorescence as a analytical signal,replacing the absorbance signal.The improved method can get lower detection limit and higher sensitivity,the detection limit of the improved acetylacetone fluorescence method can be 0.0005 mg/m^(3),the relative standard deviation of parallel determination fluctuates between 1.1%and 4.9%,the relative error of standard sample determination fluctuates between 1.8%and 3.0%,and the recovery rate range is from 93.0%to 107%.Because the high precision and accuracy,the improved method can meet the needs of formaldehyde monitoring in ambient and indoor air.
