摘　　要：在领导俄国社会主义革命和建设过程中,列宁对无产阶级政党如何通过加强自身建设提升执政能力进行了艰苦卓绝的实践探索,提出了一系列关于解决无产阶级政党执政难题的重要论述。作为马克思主义建党史上的一次伟大思想创新,列宁执政党建设思想着重从牢记初心使命、凝聚全党共识、补齐能力短板、永葆奋斗精神、自觉省思纠偏、营造清正生态等六大方面系统阐述了无产阶级政党加强自身建设、巩固执政之基的核心要义所在。尽管俄共(布)执政初期与新时代新征程中国共产党所处的历史方位、所肩负的使命任务、所面临的时代环境都颇为不同,但列宁执政党建设思想所蕴含的方法论原则和规律性认识,对于中国共产党深入推进自我革命、系统解决大党独有难题仍具有十分重要的指导和启示意义。Dnring the process of leading the Russian socialist revolution and constrnction、Lenin condnctedarduous practical explorations on how the proletarian party could enhance its rnling capacity by strengtheningits own construction.He proposed a series of important discotrses on solving the ruling challenges of theproletarian party.As a great ideological innovation in the history of Marxist party building.Leninl's thonght onruling party construction systematically elaborated the core essence of strengthening the party's self-construction and consolidating its ruling foundation from six aspects:remembering the original mission.consolidating party consensus、addressing capability shortcomings、maintaining the spirit of struggle.self-reflection and correction.and fostering a clean political ecosystem.Although the historical context.mission.and environment faced by the Russian Communist Party(Bolsheviks)in its early days of ruling are qnitedifferent from those of the Commumnist Party of China in the new era the methodological principles and regnlarinsights contained in Lenin's thought on ruling party construction still hold significant gnuidance andenlightenment for the Commumnist Party of China in advancing self-revoution and systematically solving theunique challenges of major parties.
