摘 要:本文介绍了在格雷码整定结果确定棒位区间的基础上,通过建立棒位判定与格雷码位的对应关系,对不同棒位区间采用特定格雷码位的信号调理电压与校验曲线对应的格雷码位信号调理电压进行数字比较,判定控制棒所处的准确位置,实现了分辨能力为1个机械步的全行程棒位连续测量方法,分析了控制棒驱动电流干扰、格雷码棒位探测器输出信号畸变对全行程棒位测量准确性的影响,为进一步提升核电厂全行程棒位连续测量的准确性和可靠性提供了解决思路。On the basis of determining the rod position interval by gray code setting results,the corresponding relationship between the identification of rod position and gray code is established,The signal conditioning voltage with specific gray code point in different rod position intervals is compared digitally with the signal conditioning voltage corresponding to the calibration curve to determine the accurate position of the control rod.The continuous measurement 7/7 method of rod position with the resolution of 1 mechanical step is realized.Analyzed the influence of control rod drive current interference and gray code distortion of rod position detector output signal on the accuracy of total travel rod position indication,which provides a solution for improving the accuracy and reliability of rod position continuous measurement with total travel in nuclear power plant.
