摘 要:^(68)Ge是一种常用于核医学的放射性同位素源,其主要作用是在单光子发射计算机断层扫描(SPECT)和正电子发射断层扫描(PET)等成像技术中进行校正。本文针对^(68)Ge放射源活度的均匀性设计了一套检测装置,利用Geant4模拟工具,对装置的非线性校正问题进行研究。首先,构建了包含^(68)Ge放射源、钨屏蔽体、CsI(Tl)-SiPM探测器等组件的仿真模型。其次,分析了不同探测距离和准直孔厚度对探测器探测效率的影响,进而确定了最佳参数。最后,通过比较不同探测器的探测效率,建立了非线性校正函数,实现了对探测器探测效率的非线性校正,从而提高了活度均匀性检测装置的测量精度。本研究为活度均匀性检测装置的设计与校正提供了理论依据和参考。^(68)Ge is a kind of radioactive source commonly used in nuclear medicine for the calibration of nuclear imaging technique,such as single-photon emission computed tomography(SPECT)and positron emission tomography(PET).A device for detecting the uniformity of activity in 68Ge radioactive source has been designed.This study aims to address the nonlinear calibration of this device based on Geant4 simulation tool.At the beginning,a simulation model was constructed,which mainly consists of ^(68)Ge radioactive source,tungsten shield,CsI(Tl)scintillator and SiPM detectors.After analyzing the impact on detection efficiency of these detectors caused by different detection distance or thickness of collimators perforation,optimum parameters were determined.Subsequently,a nonlinear calibration function by comparing the detection efficiency of different detectors was established.Ultimately,this study achieved the goal of the non-linearly calibrating the detector’s efficiency and further improved the measurement accuracy of this device,providing a theoretical basis and reference for the design and calibration of activity uniformity detection device.
