摘  要:本文设计并验证了一套辐射探测器校准检定的自动化实验平台系统,旨在提高辐射探测器校准检定工作的效率、准确性和安全性。该系统通过集成运动控制、视频监控及数据处理等功能,实现了在辐射场内对探测器位置的精确调整和数据采集。实验结果表明,该系统定位精度及重复性良好,利用该系统对辐射场进行测量验证,被测量辐射场符合国家标准对标准辐射场的要求。该平台的应用将显著减少辐射探测器校准检定过程中射线装置的启停次数,实验人员一次开启辐照装置即可完成全部实验,大幅提升了校准检定工作的效率和准确度。This paper designs and verifies an automated experimental platform system for the calibration and verification of radiation detectors,aiming to improve the efficiency,accuracy and safety of the calibration and verification of radiation detectors.The system realizes the accurate adjustment and data acquisition of the detector position in the radiation field by integrating motion control,video surveillance and data processing.The experimental results show that the system has good positioning accuracy and repeatability.The radiation field is measured and verified by the system,and the measured radiation field meets the requirements of the national standard for the standard radiation field.The application of this platform will significantly reduce the number of start and stop times of the radiation device in the process of calibration and verification of radiation detectors.The experimental personnel can complete all the experiments by opening the radiation device once,which greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of calibration and verification work.
