摘 要:基于二维数字探测器阵列(DDA)的X射线数字成像检测系统是一种用于对物体内部缺陷高效无损检测的设备。随着辐照剂量地不断积累,DDA性能将下降,因此定期评估其性能以确保图像质量、精度水平、灵敏度和长期稳定性非常重要。本文基于ASTM E2737-10(2018)标准,采用五槽楔形模体和双板模体两种方法对DDA进行性能评价,根据测试结果对两种方法进行比较研究,并给出应用建议。The X-ray digital imaging system,integrated with a two-dimensional digital detector array(DDA),is an efficient non-destructive testing device for defecting internal defects of objects.Due to the degradation resulting from the accumulation of the radiation dose,the performance of the DDA must be evaluated regularly to ensure the image quality.The most important performance factors are the accuracy level,the sensitivity and the long-term stability based on ASTM E2737-10(2018),five-groove wedge phantom and duplex plate phantom methods are used to evaluate the performance of digital detector array(DDA)of X-ray digital imaging inspection system,the differences and the applicabilities of the two methods should be taken into account in the practical application according to this paper.
