摘 要:为了探索振动参数对混凝土性能的影响机理,开展了振幅、频率等振动参数变化时盘式振动搅拌机制备的混凝土的相关性能正交试验研究,并对振动参数影响搅拌机振动强度的规律进行了ADAMS仿真分析。结果表明:对于新拌混凝土,随着振动频率的提高,其坍落度也随之提高,其含气量也逐渐增大;混凝土试块抗压强度随养护时间的增长而提高;在同一龄期下,试块抗压强度随振动频率的增加而有所提高。振幅增加0.5 mm时,振动强度提高了10.6%,振动频率增加5Hz时,振动强度提高了36%;频率对搅拌机振动强度的影响程度大于振幅的影响程度。并从功率消耗方面得出了有益的结论,为搅拌机的设计和优化提供了一定的借鉴。In order to explore the influence mechanism of vibration parameters on concrete performance,the orthogonal test study on the relevant performance of concrete prepared by disk vibration mixer is carried out when vibration parameters such as amplitude and frequency are changed,and the law of vibration parameters affecting the vibration strength of mixer is simulated using software ADAMS.The results show that with the increase of vibration frequency,the slump of fresh concrete increases,and the air content increases gradually.The compressive strength of concrete blocks increases with curing time.Meanwhile,the compressive strength of the test block increases with the increase of vibration frequency.When the amplitude is increased by 0.5 mm,the vibration intensity is increased by 10.6%,and when the vibration frequency is increased by 5 Hz,the vibration intensity is increased by 36%.The influence of frequency on vibration strength of mixer is greater than that of amplitude.Some useful conclusions are obtained from the power consumption,which provides some reference for the design and optimization of the mixer.
