摘  要:为深入理解火炮发射时炮身上承受的各种力,依托某型大口径地面火炮,用数值仿真手段,结合弹道学、反后坐装置、炮身相关理论,计算并绘制了内膛承受压强、炮膛合力、反后坐装置拉力、摇架摩擦力、弹丸导转力矩、炮身惯性力等十余种曲线。研究发现,身管各截面承受膛压变化规律是不同的,可分为三种类型;弹丸膛内运动时期,弹丸轴向力很小,膛底作用力大约是药室锥面轴向作用力的2倍;后效期,炮口装置产生轴向作用力可能大于药室锥面轴向作用力,驻退机拉力和驻退机液压阻力较为接近,复进机拉力和复进机力相差较大,身管与连接筒配合台阶面处承受的力很大,甚至可能超过炮膛合力峰值。研究为理解炮身受力大小、组成和变化规律提供了重要依据。In order to deeply understand the various forces on the gun assembly during firing,this paper takes certain large caliber ground gun as an example,uses numerical simulation method,ballistics,recoil device and gun tube related theories,to calculate and draw more than ten kinds of curves,such as the bore pressure,the resultant force of the bore,the pull force of the recoil device,the friction force of the cradle,the guided torque of the projectile and the inertia force of the gun tube.Research results prove that the change laws of bore pressure on the barrel sections are different and can be divided into three kinds.During the shell movement in the bore,the axial force of the projectile is very small,and the force at the bottom of the chamber is approximately twice that of the axial force on the chamber cone.During the aftereffect period,the axial force generated by the muzzle device may be greater than the axial force on the chamber cone.The pulling force of the recoil brake is relatively close to the hydraulic resistance of the recoil brake,while the pulling force of the recuperator differs greatly from the recuperator force.The force borne at the step surface where the barrel and the connecting barrel fit is significant,and may even exceed the peak resultant force of the bore.The research provides important basis for understanding the magnitude,composition,and the change rule of the gun assembly forces.
