摘  要:针对内花键插齿的理论齿形误差和干涉风险的问题,通过计算机辅助对插齿刀进行齿形设计并且通过“修正插齿刀压力角”的方法修正插齿刀的端面齿形角,减小加工理论误差。分析加工过程中的刀具与零件的几何关系,检验插齿加工过程中顶切及过渡曲线干涉。最后,根据刀具和齿轮联动关系,编制程序进行插齿过程仿真,进行花键配合展长分析。In view of the problems of theoretical profile error and interference risk in internal gear shaping process,the gear shaper cutter profile is designed with computer assistance,and the end face pressure angle is corrected by the method of correcting the pressure angle of the gear shaper cutter to reduce the theoretical error of machining.We analyze the geometrical relation between cutter and parts in shaping process,and examine the interference of top cut and transition curve.Finally,according to the linkage relationship between the cutter and gear,the program is programmed to simulate the gear shaping process and analyze the spline matching length.
