摘  要:为研究机械镀冲击介质的合适添加量,采用EDEM离散单元法模拟机械镀过程,建立3组不同物料比例的八边形镀桶切片模型,并且从碰撞动能、碰撞总能量及有效碰撞频率角度对冲击介质进行分析,从镀层结合强度、镀层形貌、镀层均匀度及镀层耐腐蚀性等方面对工件进行测试。当工件与冲击介质的比例为150∶15000时,有效工作区大,冲击介质有效碰撞率为9.75%,所得镀件镀层光滑平整,镀层附着力为0级,镀层均匀度方差为6.12,自腐蚀电位为-1150 mV,模拟分析结果与实验结果吻合。In order to study the suitable addition amount of impact media for mechanical plating,this paper adopts the EDEM discrete unit method to simulate the mechanical plating process,establishes three groups of octagonal plating barrel slicing models with different material ratios,and analyzes the impact media in terms of collision kinetic energy,total collision energy and effective collision frequency,and tests the workpiece in terms of plating bond strength,plating morphology,plating uniformity and plating corrosion resistance.When the ratio of workpiece to impact media is 150∶15000,the effective working area is large,the effective impact media collision rate is 9.75%,the resulting plated parts are smooth and flat,the adhesion of plating is grade 0,the variance of plating uniformity is 6.12,the self-corrosion potential is-1150 mV,the simulation analysis results are consistent with the experimental results.
