摘  要:梯形花键具有导向性好、自动定心等特点,在低速、大转矩传动领域有着广泛的应用。文中运用平面解析几何的方法,分析未知梯形花键不同直径量棒的跨棒距差别,推导花键的相关参数。同时推导零侧隙梯形花键副内外花键量棒与跨棒距间的数值关系,以及花键齿侧间隙与跨棒距的数值关系,为梯形花键的测绘与设计提供了一定的参考。Trapezoidal spline has the characteristics of good guiding and automatic centering,which has certain applications in the field of low-speed and large-torque transmission.This paper uses the method of plane analytic geometry to analyze the difference of spline dimension over two pins of unknown trapezoidal splines with different diameters of measuring pins,and to deduce the relevant parameters of the splines.At the same time,we deduce the numerical relationship between the inside and outside spline measuring pins and spline dimension over two pins of the trapezoidal spline with zero side clearance,and the numerical relationship between the spline tooth side clearance and the spline dimension over two pins,which provide certain reference for the mapping and design of trapezoidal spline.
