摘 要:针对大排量、高砂比的压裂液混砂搅拌效果差、压裂液混砂搅拌系统效率低与可靠性不高等问题,以搅拌效果及结构强度为优化目标,结合搅拌系统的叶轮结构、叶轮叶片数量、叶轮层间距离等参数,采用正交试验设计方法,对压裂液混砂搅拌系统进行了优化。建立有限元仿真模型,在流场仿真分析的基础上,结合正交试验设计,研究以下搅拌叶片角度、下搅拌叶片数量、扰流板宽、转速、排量等为分析因素,以搅拌时间T和搅拌功率P为评价指标,得到了不同试验方案下搅拌罐的混合时间和转矩,通过极差分析和关系趋势图分析了影响搅拌罐效率的参数主次关系,确定了主要影响参数及其水平范围,为搅拌罐进行优化设计奠定了基础,并且开展了混砂搅拌罐等比例缩放实验,验证了仿真模型的正确性。Aiming at the problems of poor mixing effect of fracturing fluid with large displacement and high sand ratio,low efficiency and low reliability of fracturing fluid mixing system,the mixing effect and structural strength are taken as optimization objectives,combined with impeller structure,impeller blade number,impeller layer distance and other parameters of the mixing system,orthogonal experimental design method is adopted to optimize the fracturing fluid mixing system.A finite element simulation model is established.On the basis of flow field simulation analysis,combined with orthogonal test hypothesis,the following factors,such as angle of stirring blade,number of stirring blade,width of spoiler,rotational speed and displacement are studied.The mixing time and torque of stirring tank under different test schemes are obtained by taking stirring time T and stirring power P as evaluation indexes.The primary and secondary relationships of parameters affecting the efficiency of the mixing tank are analyzed through range analysis and trend diagram,and the main influencing parameters and their level range are determined,which lays a foundation for the optimization design of the mixing tank.Moreover,the scale experiment of the mixing tank is carried out to verify the correctness of the simulation model.
