摘　　要：曲靖卷烟厂成型车间残烟线滤芯清洁设备采用单向固定,存在滤芯固定不牢固、滤芯磨损严重、清洁过程中有安全隐患等问题。文中设计了一种双向固定支座,采用轴向的柔性定位,便于滤芯的拆装和支撑的稳定。该双向固定支座由被动支座和主动支座组成,被动支座包含固定盘、带菱形座轴承UCFLU206和压缩弹簧等几个部分。该双向固定支座已应用于曲靖卷烟厂成型车间的残烟线滤芯自动清洁设备上。使用结果表明,该双向固定支座能大大降低滤芯支座所受的力和弯矩,减小滤芯清洁时的挠度,防止滤芯在清洁过程中的变形和损伤,提高滤芯使用寿命。The previous filter cleaning equipment for the defective cigarettes process line in the forming workshop of Qujing cigarette factory uses unidirectional fixation,there are issues such as unstable fixation of the filter element,severe wear of the filter element,and safety hazards during the cleaning process.This paper designs a bidirectional fixed support that adopts axial flexible positioning to facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the filter element and the stability of the support.The bidirectional fixed support consists of a passive support and an active support,and the passive support includes several parts such as a fixed disk,a bearing UCFLU206 with a diamond seat,and a compression spring.The bidirectional fixed support has been applied to the automatic cleaning equipment of the residual tobacco line filter element in the forming workshop of Qujing cigarette factory.The application results show that the bidirectional fixed support can greatly reduce the force and bending moment on the filter element support,reduce the deflection of the filter element during cleaning,prevent deformation and damage of the filter element during the cleaning process,and improve the service life of the filter element.
