摘　　要：简述了直锥圆截面斜底罐体的结构特点,对罐体下料工艺进行了详细分析研究,根据分析研究结果确定了罐体下料工艺难点。针对罐体下料工艺难点,制定出合理的下料工艺方案,保证罐体加工成形符合技术条件要求,满足实际生产的需要。This paper briefly describes the structural characteristics of straight tapered circular cross-section sloping bottom tank,analyzes the tank undercutting process,and determines the difficult points of tank undercutting process according to the analysis results.According to the results of the analysis,the difficult points of the undercutting process of the tank are identified.A reasonable undercutting process plan is formulated to ensure that the processing and forming of the tank meets the requirements of the technical conditions and the needs of mass production.
