城市更新视域下旧工业建筑空间设计研究

摘　　要：随着新时期我国科学技术的不断进步以及城镇化的不断完善升级,旧工业建筑在某种程度上已然成为一个城市创新发展以及不断更新升级过程中的重要历史见证者,并且一些经典的旧工业建筑也能完美彰显出城市文化价值与个性化特色。当前,必须针对旧工业建筑所蕴含的悠久历史文化价值给予高度认可,同时也应当通过创意化的设计理念和创新化的改造方式充分发挥旧工业建筑空间的物质资源优势。本文针对城市更新视域下旧工业建筑的现实意义、改造现状、空间设计主体方式以及空间设计的创新策略展开深入分析与研究,以供参考。With the continuous progress of science and technology and the continuous improvement and upgrading of urbanization in China in the new era,old industrial buildings have become important historical witnesses in the process of urban innovation and development and continuous upgrading,and some classic old industrial buildings can perfectly demonstrate the cultural value and personalized characteristics of the city.At present,we must give high recognition to the long historical and cultural values contained in the old industrial buildings,and at the same time,we should give full play to the material resources advantages of the old industrial building space through creative design concepts and innovative transformation methods.This paper makes an in-depth analysis and research on the practical significance,transformation status,the main way of space design and the innovative strategy of space design of old industrial buildings from the perspective of urban renewal for reference.
