摘  要:针对手工进行鲜花花秆脱叶效率低和花秆易折断的问题,设计一款基于闭环剥切的花秆脱叶装置。首先,结合菊花样品外形形态建立脱叶对象物理模型。其次,基于该模型提出一种剥刀片可闭合形成环形的脱叶机构,并基于机构运动过程解析确定关键结构尺寸。再次,运用ADAMS软件仿真分析脱叶机构的运动特性,结果表明其结构尺寸符合功能设计要求。最后,进行脱叶对比试验。结果表明:当花秆直径较小时,脱叶装置的剥切效率明显高于人工修剪效率;而当脱叶作业对象的花秆直径较大时,虽然脱叶装置的平均剥切效率与人工平均修剪效率基本相当,但是脱叶装置作业鲜花损坏较少。Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and high breaking rate of manual flower rod defoliation,a device for removing the leaves of flower stems based on closed-loop peeling is designed.Firstly,the physical model of defoliation object was established based on the shape of chrysanthemum sample.Secondly,based on the model,a kind of threshing mechanism is proposed,in which the blade can be closed to form a ring,and the key structural dimensions are designed on the basis of the kinematic analysis of the mechanism.Then,the motion characteristics of the threshing mechanism are simulated with ADAMS software,and the results show that its structural dimensions meet the functional design requirements.Finally,a comparative experiment on leaf removal was conducted,and the results showed that when the diameter of the flower stem was small,the cutting efficiency of the leaf removal device was significantly higher than that of manual pruning;When the diameter of the flower stem of the defoliating operation object is large,although the average cutting efficiency of the defoliating device is basically equivalent to the average manual pruning efficiency,the defoliating device causes less damage to the flowers during operation.
