摘 要:针对传统应变片测量方法存在的布点困难、测量精度不高等问题,提出基于有限元法的变幅机构受力分析方法。通过建立精确的三维模型,合理设置边界约束条件,实现变幅机构静态和动态特性的受力分析。实验结果表明,该方法在最大等效应力、关键节点位移等关键指标的计算方面具有较高的准确性和可靠性,且计算效率显著提高,为双臂起重机械手的安全监测提供了新的技术途径。In order to solve the problems of the traditional strain gauge measurement method,such as difficulty in distributing points and low measurement accuracy,a force analysis method of amplitude changing mechanism based on finite element method is proposed in this paper.By establishing an accurate three-dimensional model and setting the boundary constraint conditions reasonably,the static and dynamic characteristics of the amplitude changing mechanism are analyzed.The experimental results show that the method has high accuracy and reliability in the calculation of key indexes such as maximum equivalent stress and key node displacement,and the calculation efficiency is significantly improved,which provides a new technical way for the safety monitoring of double-arm lifting manipulator.
