摘 要:针对导轨磨床因热变形影响磨削精度的问题,以某数控龙门式导轨磨床为研究对象,通过对不同工况下的机床热仿真对比,分析机床末端的热变形情况,并探讨其对工件加工精度和磨头磨损的影响。研究结果表明,万能磨头和周边磨头分别工作时,机床末端在空间中的热变形主要发生在Z轴方向,其最大变形量分别为-100.7μm和-79.08μm。万能磨头整体呈现前低后高、左低右高姿态,周边磨头整体呈现绕Z轴方向扭转、左高右低姿态。To address the issue of grinding accuracy affected by thermal deformation in guideway grinders,a certain computerized numerical control gantry-type guideway grinder was taken as the research subject.Through the comparison of thermal simulations under different working conditions,the thermal deformation at the machine tool’s end was analyzed,and its impact on the workpiece processing accuracy and the wear of the grinding head was discussed.The research results indicate that when the universal grinding head and the peripheral grinding head are working separately,the thermal deformation of the machine tool’s end in space mainly occurs in the Z direction,with maximum deformation amounts of-100.7μm and-79.08μm,respectively.The universal grinding head exhibits an overall posture of lower front and higher back,lower left and higher right,while the peripheral grinding head exhibits an overall posture of“twisting around the Z axis,higher left and lower right.
