摘  要:为进一步提高烟气排放连续监测系统(Continuous Emission Monitoring System,CEMS)中烟气分析仪的排气管的保温效果,将保温棉与电伴热联合应用于排气管保温,并在不同的环境温度下进行保温效果和热损失分析。实验结果表明,优化后的排气管伴热结构在不同温度下均表现出较好的保温性能,在低温环境下防止冷凝结冰,在高温环境下避免过热和能源浪费,能够满足排气管稳定运行的要求。同时,在保温棉、蒸汽伴热、保温棉与电伴热3种结构中,保温棉与电伴热结构的热损失最小,低至9%,表明保温棉与电伴热相互配合,形成了一个高效的保温伴热系统,弥补了彼此的不足,从而降低了排气管整体的热损失。In order to further improve the thermal insulation effect of the exhaust pipe of the flue gas analyzer in the Continuous Emission Monitoring System(CEMS),thermal insulation cotton and electric heat tracing were applied to the thermal insulation of the exhaust pipe,and the thermal insulation effect and heat loss were analyzed at different ambient temperatures.The experimental results show that the optimized heat tracing structure of the exhaust pipe shows good thermal insulation performance at different temperatures,prevents condensation and icing at low temperatures,avoids overheating and energy waste at high temperatures,and can meet the requirements of stable operation of the exhaust pipe.Moreover,among the three structures of thermal insulation cotton,steam heat tracing,thermal insulation cotton and electric heat tracing structure,the heat loss of thermal insulation cotton and electric heat tracing structure is the smallest,as low as 9%,indicating that the thermal insulation cotton and electric heat tracing system cooperate with each other to form an efficient thermal insulation heat tracing system,making up for each other’s shortcomings,thereby reducing the overall heat loss of the exhaust pipe.
