摘 要:弹性模量直接影响机械零件的刚度、稳定性、精度和耐久性。为了确保机械设备的性能,在其设计制造过程中,需要精准测量金属零件的弹性模量。基于此,重点研究拉伸试验法和衍射法两种弹性模量测量方法。采用这两种方法分别测量45号钢传动轴、6061铝合金支撑框架和纯铜电机线圈的弹性模量。计算这两种方法对于三种零件的不确定度,拉伸试验法中45号钢传动轴的不确定度较大,为1.21,其他两种零件均为0.52;衍射法中三种零件的不确定度均为0.58。这说明两种方法均能用于对机械设备零部件的弹性模量的测量研究,但衍射法在测量材料的弹性模量时,具有较高的稳定性。The elastic modulus directly affects the stiffness,stability,accuracy and durability of mechanical parts.In order to ensure the performance of mechanical equipment,the elastic modulus of metal parts needs to be accurately measured during its design and manufacture.Based on this,two kinds of elastic modulus measurement methods,tensile test method and diffraction method,are studied.The elastic modulus of 45 steel drive shaft,6061 aluminum alloy support frame and pure copper motor coil were measured by these two methods.The uncertainty of the two methods for the three parts is calculated.The uncertainty of the 45 steel drive shaft in the tensile test method is larger,which is 1.21,and that of the other two parts is 0.52.The uncertainty of the three parts in the diffraction method is 0.58.This shows that the two methods can be used to measure the elastic modulus of mechanical equipment parts,but the diffraction method has high stability when measuring the elastic modulus of materials.
