流化床过滤袋除尘结构研究

摘  要:在流化床中,过滤袋的除尘效果直接影响床层压降大小,进而决定药物颗粒流化状态。如果过滤袋除尘效果较差,轻则延迟工艺时间,重则影响产品收率。研究机械式抖袋除尘结构和脉冲式反吹除尘结构这两种过滤袋常用的除尘结构,分析这两种结构的组成、原理和优缺点等。研究结果表明,两种除尘结构都可以降低物料损耗、提高产品收率、缩短批周期、提升产品重现性,企业应根据实际情况进行选择。In the fluidized bed,the dust removal effect of the filter bag directly affects the pressure drop of the bed,which determines the fluidization state of the drug particles.If the filter bag dust removal effect is poor,the light will delay the process time,the heavy will affect the product yield.Two kinds of dust removal structures commonly used in filter bags,mechanical shake bag dust removal structure and pulse blowback dust removal structure,are studied,and the composition,principle,advantages and disadvantages of these two structures are analyzed.The results show that the two dust removal structures can reduce material loss,increase product yield,shorten batch cycle and improve product reproducibility.Enterprises should choose according to the actual situation.
