摘　　要：装配钳工是机械制造中不可或缺的关键工序,其工艺水平直接影响产品的质量、精度和生产效率。基于此,系统分析装配钳工工艺的各个环节,重点阐述零件预处理、找正测量、组件安装、精度校验和运动调试等环节的工艺要点。研究结果表明,严格执行工艺规范和要求是保证产品质量的关键。Assembly fitter is an indispensable key process in machinery manufacturing,and its technical level directly affects the quality,accuracy and production efficiency of products.Based on this,the paper systematically analyzes each link of the fitter process,focusing on the key points of parts pretreatment,alignment measurement,component installation,precision verification and motion debugging.The results show that strict implementation of process specifications and requirements is the key to ensure product quality.
