摘　　要：首先介绍无框电机转子的结构和装配,其次研究无框电机转子的装配工艺工序,再次总结装配工艺工序中常见的问题,最后给出针对性的解决方案,并根据理论计算与实验验证解决方案,为无框电机转子装配及解决装配过程中存在的一些问题提供参考依据。Firstly,the structure and assembly of frameless motor rotors are introduced.Secondly,the assembly process of frameless motor rotors is studied,and common problems in the assembly process are summarized.Finally,targeted solutions are proposed,and based on theoretical calculations and experimental verification,the solutions are provided as a reference for the assembly and resolution of frameless motor rotors.
