摘  要:低合金钢以其优异的强度和耐腐蚀性而广泛应用于工业制造领域,特别适用于高负载结构件的生产。钨极惰性气体保护(Tungsten Inert Gas,TIG)焊是一种精密焊接技术,常用于低合金钢的焊接,能够提供高质量焊缝。TIG焊接过程中的热输入控制对于确保焊缝的机械性能和降低焊接缺陷至关重要。基于此,探讨低合金钢TIG焊接过程中的热输入控制技术,提出焊接参数优化和焊接质量控制的方法。通过实验验证,合理的热输入可以显著提升焊缝的机械性能和减少焊接缺陷。Low alloy steel is widely used in industrial manufacturing for its excellent strength and corrosion resistance,especially for the production of high-load structural parts.Tungsten Inert Gas(TIG)welding is a precision welding technology commonly used in the welding of low-alloy steel,providing high-quality welds.Heat input control during TIG welding is essential to ensure the mechanical properties of the weld and reduce welding defects.Based on this,the heat input control technology in TIG welding process of low alloy steel is discussed,and the methods of welding parameter optimization and welding quality control are proposed.The experimental results show that reasonable heat input can significantly improve the mechanical properties of welding seams and reduce welding defects.
