摘  要:深入探讨机械制造工艺及精密加工技术在新能源汽车制造中的应用及其特点。分析机械制造工艺的主要特征,强调其在不同材料加工、自动化生产以及工艺流程优化中的重要作用。接着,详细介绍新能源汽车制造中的关键工艺,包括埋弧焊、螺柱焊接和气体保护焊。这些工艺通过提升焊接质量,显著提高新能源汽车的制造水平。此外,探讨精密加工技术在新能源汽车制造中的应用,以有效提高零件的加工精度,提升整车的可靠性。This paper deeply discusses the application and characteristics of mechanical manufacturing technology and precision machining technology in the manufacturing of new energy vehicle.This paper analyzes the main characteristics of mechanical manufacturing process,and emphasizes its important role in different material processing,automatic production and process optimization.Then,the key processes in the manufacturing of new energy vehicles are introduced in detail,including submerged arc welding,stud welding and gas protection welding.These processes significantly improve the manufacturing level of new energy vehicles by improving the welding quality.In addition,the paper also discusses the application of precision machining technology in the manufacturing of new energy vehicles,which effectively improves the processing accuracy of parts,but also enhances the reliability of the vehicle.
