摘  要:在环保法规越来越严格的今天,火电厂的电除尘设备发挥着越来越重要的作用。介绍电除尘设备的基本原理和组成,分析当前的安装工艺及其存在的问题。在此基础上,从前期准备、设备布置、安装精度、质量控制等方面提出工艺优化措施。通过优化电气参数、应用新材料和智能化技术等,进一步提升电除尘设备的性能,保障其高效运行。In today’s more and more stringent environmental laws and regulations,the electric dust removal equipment of thermal power plants plays an increasingly important role.This paper introduces the basic principle and composition of electric dust removal equipment,analyzes the current installation process and existing problems.On this basis,the process optimization measures are proposed from the aspects of preliminary preparation,equipment layout,installation accuracy and quality control.By optimizing electrical parameters,applying new materials and intelligent technology,the performance of electric dust removal equipment is further improved to ensure its efficient operation.
