摘  要:机械零部件表面损伤和磨损问题不仅会影响设备的使用寿命,还可能引发严重的安全事故。冷喷涂技术是一种新型的表面修复技术,通过将粉末材料高速喷射到基材表面,形成致密的涂层,避免基材热损伤。结合冷喷涂技术的原理与应用,探讨其在机械零部件表面修复中的工艺过程与实施效果,重点分析修复轴承和齿轮的技术方法,详细阐述喷涂参数及修复实施的具体步骤,并系统评价与讨论修复效果。The surface damage and wear of mechanical components not only affect the service life of equipment,but may also cause serious safety accidents.Cold spraying technology is a new type of surface repair technology,which effectively avoids the thermal damage by spraying the powder material to form a dense coating on the surface of the substrate.Combined with the principle and application of cold spraying technology,this paper discusses the process and implementation effect in the surface repair of mechanical parts,mainly analyzes the technical method of repairing bearings and gears,expounds the spraying parameters and the specific steps of the repair implementation,and evaluates and discusses the repair effect systematically.
