摘  要:探讨基于计算机辅助设计(Computer Aided Design,CAD)与3D打印技术的量具快速设计与制造方法,并以螺纹塞规为实验对象,验证该方法的可行性和可靠性。尺寸精度验证、性能验证和制作效率对比结果表明,采用该方法制造的螺纹塞规尺寸误差小、耐用性好和准确性高,而且设计和生产周期相比传统方法大幅缩短。The rapid design and manufacturing method of measuring tools based on Computer Aided Design(CAD)and 3D printing technology is discussed,and the feasibility and reliability of the method are verified by taking the screw plug gauge as the experimental object.The results of dimensional accuracy verification,performance verification and production efficiency comparison show that the screw plug gauge manufactured by this method has small dimensional error,good durability and high accuracy,and the design and production cycle is greatly shortened compared with the traditional method.
