摘 要:港口机械设备的性能对货物装卸效率和物流成本影响较大。3D打印技术凭借其快速原型设计、材料耐腐蚀、能制造复杂结构及定制化生产等优势,为港口机械零件的高效制造和快速维修提供了解决方案。基于此,分析港口机械设备的特殊需求,探讨3D打印技术在港口机械设备中的应用和未来的发展趋势。研究结果表明,3D打印技术在提高设备运营效率、降低维护成本和绿色低碳发展方面具有潜力,能够为港口行业的可持续发展提供技术支持。The performance of port machinery and equipment has a great impact on the efficiency of cargo handling and logistics costs.3D printing technology,with its advantages of rapid prototyping,corrosion resistance of materials,the ability to manufacture complex structures and customized production,provides a solution for the efficient manufacturing and rapid maintenance of port machinery parts.Analyze the special needs of port machinery and equipment,and discuss the application and future development trend of 3D printing technology in port machinery and equipment.The results show that the potential of 3D printing technology in improving equipment operation efficiency,reducing maintenance costs and green and low-carbon development can provide technical support for the sustainable development of the port industry.
