摘  要:采用低压缸切缸技术,能够提高供热机组的调峰、供热能力,保障供热机组运行稳定。分析低压缸切缸技术的原理以及技术应用过程中存在的末两级叶片水蚀、鼓风、颤振风险。根据每种风险发生的原因,制定相应的风险控制方案,降低风险发生的概率。以某电厂5号供热机组为例,采用低压缸切缸技术对供热机组进行改造,分析该技术的应用效果。实践结果表明,供热机组应用低压缸切缸技术后,供热能力大幅提高,发电功率有所减少,调峰能力增强,同时取得了较高的经济效益,总调峰收益为287.9万元。The low pressure cylinder cutting technology is adopted to improve the peak load and heating capacity of the heating unit and ensure the stable operation of the heating unit.The principle of cutting cylinder technology of low pressure cylinder and the risk of water erosion,blast and flutter in the last two stages of blade in the process of technology application are analyzed.According to the causes of each risk,the corresponding risk control plan is formulated to reduce the probability of risk occurrence.Taking the No.5 heating unit of a power plant as an example,the low-pressure cylinder cutting cylinder technology is used to transform the heating unit,and the application effect of this technology is analyzed.The practice results show that the heating capacity is greatly improved,the generating power is reduced,the peak load capacity is enhanced,and high economic benefits are achieved,with the total peak load revenue of 2.879 million yuan.
