摘 要:四冲程柴油机活塞在高温高压的工作环境中,常常面临断裂故障。分析其断裂原因,对于提升柴油机的可靠性具有重要意义。在工作过程中,活塞受到气体压力、热变形、润滑不足等多重因素的影响,易导致疲劳断裂、过热和局部磨损等问题。通过综合研究活塞材料、生产工艺和工作条件,识别出导致活塞断裂的主要原因,并提出相应的改进建议,以延长柴油机的使用寿命,提高其工作效率。Four stroke diesel engine pistons often face fracture faults in high-temperature and high-pressure working environments.Analyzing the cause of its fracture is of great significance for improving the reliability of diesel engines.During the working process,the piston is affected by multiple factors such as gas pressure,thermal deformation,and insufficient lubrication,which can easily lead to problems such as fatigue fracture,overheating,and local wear.Through comprehensive research on piston materials,production processes,and working conditions,the main causes of piston fracture are identified,and corresponding improvement suggestions are proposed to improve the service life and work efficiency of diesel engines.
